Stonewall & District Personal Care Home Project

Stonewall & District Personal Care Home Project

For years, our region has suffered because it has the lowest number of personal care home (PCH) beds per person in the province. This means many of us have had family and friends in care far from home.

Now, finally, a new care facility is being built in Stonewall for everyone in our region. And, each of us has an opportunity to shape the long-term care that will serve our families for generations to come.

The municipal partners of the project – the RMs of Rosser, St Laurent and Woodlands and the Town of Stonewall – have committed to raise $10 million from community to ensure our new 143-bed PCH will be designed to meet our communities’ needs – your needs.

The Province will construct the facility and run it once it’s built. Money raised from families, individuals, businesses and groups in our region will ensure we create the best possible PCH experience, with spaces and amenities to make people’s transitions to long-term care easier.

Will you please help?

Your investment will ensure the people we love have the best quality of life in their new home.
